We make the trip when our members need us most

Our one-of-a-kind Mobile Member Centre is ready to hit the road when a hailstorm, flood, cyclone, or bush fire impacts our members.

After a natural disaster, we’ll be on the scene with assessors and claims officers ready to give members immediate, on-the-spot help and claim lodgment.

Plus, we pack other vital resources, including satellite communications systems, water, and power supplies. When Queenslanders get hit hard, we're there to help.

We’re driving for stronger community connection

Fortunately, natural disasters don't happen every week. That's why our Mobile Member Centre also serves as a travelling office for Queensland's more remote communities.

You might also see us at a trade show or a special event.

If we roll into your town or suburb, please pop in, take a look around, and meet our friendly team. Or, for more information, email the Mobile Member Centre.
