How does RACQ Car Buying Service work?
Interested in using RACQ Car Buying Service? Here’s what you can expect:

Start by enquiring about RACQ Car Buying Service online, by email racqcarbuying@eagersautomotive.com.au or call 1300 749 506.

Our partners at Eagers will contact you the next business day and discuss with you what you’re looking for in a new car.

Eagers will then source cars from their network to find great options based on your wants and needs. If you’d like to test drive a car this can be arranged too.

Once you’ve decided on a car, Eagers will handle sales paperwork, delivery timeframes and trade-in terms as required.

After you’ve signed the contract to buy, Eagers will co-ordinate the handover of your new car with their partner dealer. -
Within six weeks of receiving delivery of your new car, we will email you details for a $100 RACQ Member Benefits credit to be used towards your choice of eGift cards for selected major retailers, a range of experiences and attractions across Australia and New Zealand, or Event Cinemas eVouchers.^
