Townsville will host Wedgwood: Artists and Industry.
Wedgwood: Artists and Industry
When: 5 April – 17 August
Where: Perc Tucker Regional Gallery, Townsville
Exclusive to Australia in 2025, Wedgwood: Artists and Industry brings together history, craftsmanship, and design, exploring the iconic works of Wedgwood. Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF)
When: 10–13 July
Where: Tanks Arts Centre, Cairns
Celebrating Queensland’s rich Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander arts and culture, the 16th edition of CIAF will transform the Tanks Arts Centre into a vibrant creative hub. Featuring over 600 visual artists and 150 performers, the program includes art exhibitions, cultural demonstrations, fashion showcases, guided tours, masterclasses, and more. This is a landmark event for anyone wanting to experience the depth and diversity of First Nations storytelling through art, dance, and design.

Swell Sculpture Festival
When: 12–21 September

North Australian Festival of Arts (NAFA)
When: 24 September - 12 October
Where: Townsville
