Need to submit a claim? You can lodge your information with us either online or over the phone. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the forms that you’ll need to complete.
To make the process smoother, have these items on-hand before contacting us:
- Your customer reference number
- A brief description of what happened (with date, time and location)
- Details of loss or damage you want to claim
- Police reports and witness descriptions (if applicable)
- Names, phone numbers and addresses of any relevant parties
