Everyday Account FAQs

When you open your account, the default daily limits per membership, per day are set at:

$10,000 for external transfers

$20,000 for BPAY®

$1,000 for PayID payments

To help you manage your money with ease, there's no transfer limit between your own RACQ Bank accounts.
We'll let you know your login information as soon as your application has been processed, so that you can make the most of your RACQ membership straight away.
Yes! If you prefer to go card-free at the checkout, RACQ Bank has mobile payment options to suit most devices, including Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay. You can also use your phone number or email address to create a PayID, which will allow you to transfer funds to friends and family in real time.
If you're eligible to receive a Visa Debit card and have requested one, it will arrive in the mail 7-10 days after your account has been opened. Keep an eye out for your PIN too, we'll send this letter separately to ensure your account stays secure.
You can activate your Visa Debit card using our internet banking or the RACQ Bank app. Simply log in, select "Card options" and "Activate card". Alternatively, please call us on 13 1905 or visit your nearest RACQ store and one of our friendly staff will activate your card for you.
