How do I make a pet insurance claim?
To make a pet insurance claim, you can either head to our pet insurance claims page or claim via My RACQ to have certain details pre-filled. We've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To make a pet insurance claim:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard. -
Select the pet insurance policy you'd like to make a claim for. -
Select 'Make a claim'. -
Complete the form to make your pet insurance claim. This form includes 'Treatment date', 'What is your claim about', 'Supporting documents', 'Additional information', 'Bank details', 'Contact details' and 'Review' sections. To submit your claim, you must complete all sections. -
If life gets in the way, you have the option to save your claim and resume it at a later date. Simply select 'Save' at the top right hand of the screen, then enter your email address and select 'Save'.
