How do I view my car insurance policy documents (e.g. Certificate of Insurance, policy change and renewal documents)?

You can view your car insurance policy documents online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

To view the car insurance policy documents for your current period of insurance:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the car insurance policy you'd like to view documents for.
  • icon-step-3
    Scroll down to the 'Policy summary' section and select 'View policy document'.
  • icon-step-4
    Your policy documents will open in a new window.
