How do I view my home and/or contents insurance policy documents (e.g. Certificate of Insurance, policy change and renewal documents)?

You can view your home and/or contents insurance policy documents online using My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

To view your current home and/or contents insurance policy documents:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the home/contents insurance policy you'd like to view documents for.
  • icon-step-3
    Scroll down to the 'Policy summary' section and select 'View policy document'.
  • icon-step-4
    Your policy documents will open in a new window.
