If you do not have RACQ Roadside Assistance but need emergency help, you can buy roadside cover and get help straight away. An immediate service one-time surcharge will apply.

If you have RACQ Roadside Assistance, go to our request roadside assistance page OR use the RACQ Roadside Assistance app.
If you’re not already an RACQ Roadside Assistance member, you can purchase cover and request help online using our get roadside assistance form. Please note, an immediate service one-time surcharge will apply in addition to the upfront cost of the cover you select.
If you're in a critical situation where a person or animal is locked in your car, your car is in a dangerous location, or you prefer to speak over the phone, call 13 1111.
