Contact us about the service you're interested in. We'll confirm details with you.

Plan and quote
For solar health checks, and panel and air conditioner cleaning, we'll lock in your appointment and send a quote. For installations and upgrades, we'll schedule an appointment to provide an initial quote.

Quote acceptance
You've got 14 days to accept your quote and secure your appointment.

Our visit
For solar heath checks and cleaning services, we'll do a quick safety check, then get to work. For installations and upgrades, we may need to do a more detailed site inspection before we commence works.

Confirming the job
After our initial inspection, we'll confirm the original quote and get started. Occasionally, we might need to adjust the quote based on what we find. Don't worry - we'll always discuss any changes with you and get your approval before proceeding.

Payment and getting the job done
Payment will be required before we commence work, and can be taken on-site. We accept Tap & Pay, online payments via Stripe, or bank deposits. In the event an unexpected issue arises, we’ll let you know immediately and discuss any necessary changes with you before proceeding.

All electrical installations and works are carried out in full compliance with AS/NZS 3000:2018 (Wiring Rules), the Electrical Safety Act 2002 (Qld), and the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013 (Qld).
Pricing may differ based on your choice of system and its size, the installation requirements for your home. A site inspection may be required to provide a fully considered and correct quote.
*Smoke alarms will be installed to Queensland Fire Services (QFS) guidelines, the Queensland Smoke Alarm Legislation (Fire and Emergency Services Act 1990 and Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008), and to Australian Standard AS 3786-2014.
^Solar panel cleaning services are subject to a pre-cleaning safety assessment. RACQ Solar reserves the right to decline cleaning if deemed unsafe or potentially damaging to the system. RACQ Solar will perform cleaning services with utmost care but assumes no liability for pre-existing damage or issues arising from the inherent risks of the cleaning process.
