RACQ takes top honours for Most Satisfied Car Insurance Customers in Queensland
RACQ has been nationally recognised by Canstar, Australia’s largest financial comparison site, for its commitment to member service.
The award for Most Satisfied Car Insurance Customers in Queensland is determined by a national survey of car insurance policyholders, measuring their overall satisfaction with specific aspects of their policy.
Measured against a range of other insurers, RACQ topped the chart in five categories including customer service, value for money, comprehensiveness of cover, communication, as well as overall satisfaction.
The Club’s highest performing category driving satisfaction was customer service.
RACQ Chief Executive Insurance Trent Sayers said the Club prides itself on being there for members in their times of need.
“As Queensland’s largest member-owned Club, it’s in our DNA to deliver the best experience possible, no matter the circumstance,” Mr Sayers said.
“With Car Insurance we’re aware that we are often dealing with members in some of the most stressful times of their life, so to be nationally recognised is a testament to our hard-working teams.
“Whether a member’s vehicle has been impacted by severe weather or theft, or they’ve been in a car accident, our people are dedicated to supporting them through every step of the claims process.
“As we head into the new financial year, we will continue to be there for our members when they need us most.”
RACQ was also awarded Canstar’s Most Satisfied Home Insurance Customers in Queensland in July 2023.
