Membership terms and conditions

a. RACQ membership is available to individuals and businesses that meet the relevant eligibility criteria.

b. Each RACQ member agrees to be bound by each of:

i. The Membership Terms and Conditions

ii. The RACQ Constitution, and;

iii. Any relevant product terms and conditions from RACQ or one of its third party providers, published from time to time.

c. The rights attaching to each membership class are set out in the RACQ Constitution.

d. A person remains a member of RACQ unless membership is terminated in accordance with the RACQ Constitution, or that person ceases to hold an eligible product.

e. RACQ offers members access to service and product discounts in accordance with their membership class.
