Diversity and inclusion
It’s important to us that everybody feels they belong at RACQ, whoever you are, wherever you’re from. We’re committed to embracing diversity in our people and to nurturing a workplace where you can be you. We want all our people to succeed in work and life and feel supported to do good stuff daily. Placing equity, inclusion and belonging at the heart of this, we’re on a mission to minimise the barriers people face in the workplace so that everyone can be their authentic self at RACQ.
We know that building an inclusive culture depends on our people, and we understand the importance of connection, security, community, and feeling like you’re at home, without reservation. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a fantastic way to connect with community at RACQ, and we invite you to get involved with them, whether that’s joining formally, attending an event, or keeping up to date on their internal social channels.
For more information on how we’re embracing diversity and fostering inclusion at RACQ, check out our Diversity and Inclusion page.
