MotorFest 2024 Display Vehicles

If you have registered your vehicle for display in this year’s MotorFest, you will receive your Vehicle Exhibitor Event Guide in the next two weeks. Please email events@racq.com.au if you do not receive your pack by Friday 7 June.

Your pack will include a ‘Display Vehicle Event Guide’ which includes the allocated entry times for vehicles to arrive on Sunday 16 June. These times and entry points are also available below:

It is imperative that you arrive at your entry point at the allocated time to ensure vehicles are parked as efficiently as possible within the display areas.

If you are exhibiting as part of a car club or group, it is recommended that you assemble outside the venue prior to your allocated entry time to ensure you drive in to the MotorFest site as a group so you can then be parked and displayed together.

  • Please note that spaces cannot be held for latecomers
  • Entry into MotorFest is by pre-registration only – no vehicles can be registered on event day
  • Vehicles will only be accepted between 7am and 9:30am – any vehicles arriving outside these times will not be allowed into the event site
  • All vehicles must travel at walking pace inside the venue
  • If your vehicle is coming on a trailer, there is a dedicated trailer parking area within the venue, please follow the directions from parking marshals onsite.

How does the vehicle judging work?

  • Judging for MotorFest 2024 will be conducted prior to the event, with winners announced on the day.
  • Vehicles will be judged as per the category they enter. Categories include American, Asian, Australian, British, Electric, European, Modified, Motorcycle/Scooter, Veteran and Vintage.
  • When you submit your registration form you will need to upload 4 photographs of your vehicle.
  • Judges will use both the photograph and information provided including vehicle description, restoration details, modifications and noteworthy features, etc. to determine the category winners.
  • Be sure to provide a detailed description as to why your vehicle is the best in its category and should take home the prize.

Please note: there must be at least 3 vehicles entered into any one category for Judging to occur. The MotorFest Team will contact you to advise if the category you selected doesn’t have sufficient numbers.

Best Dressed Competition

A new addition for 2024, celebrate fashion through the ages and come dressed to match the era of your vehicle. The Best Dressed fashion parade will occur at the main stage at 12pm. A prize will be offered for the best dressed entrant. If you do not wish to be entered in the best dressed competition, please select the ‘no’ option when completing your registration form.
