RACQ Batteries terms and conditions
Conditions of purchase
- RACQ members receive a $25 discount off the recommended retail price (also referred to as the Non-Member Price) of RACQ Batteries, including batteries or battery products that are listed in the Battery Finder
- Prices listed on the Battery Finder are estimated prices only and are subject to these terms and conditions. If your vehicle has been modified, the battery listed for it on the Battery Finder may no longer be the appropriate battery for your vehicle
- RACQ Operations Pty Ltd and its authorised stockists do not deliver batteries to purchasers who are not an RACQ member who holds a current Roadside Assistance product. Find an authorised RACQ Battery stockist
- RACQ Operations Pty Ltd and its authorised stockists install car, light commercial vehicle and 6-volt batteries for purchasers who are RACQ members who hold a current Roadside Assistance product. Some authorised stockists may agree to install deep cycle, marine, motorcycle, truck, agricultural or heavy vehicle batteries for an additional fee
- RACQ Operations Pty Ltd or its authorised stockists will not refund you the purchase price simply because you have made the wrong battery product selection (including where the battery listed in Battery Finder is no longer appropriate for your vehicle due to modifications made to your vehicle, where you have discovered that your previous battery was under warranty or where RACQ Operations Pty Ltd or its authorised stockists have recommended that a different battery be installed) or no longer wish to keep the battery product

The warranty period displayed is effective from 1 July 2021. Warranty periods could be different prior to 1 July 2021 than those displayed. The actual warranty period for your battery (assuming private use) will be advised at the time of purchase and specified on the warranty brochure provided at the time of purchase.
^If your vehicle’s use is changed, your warranty period as shown on your receipt will be reduced to be the lower of the periods applicable to the previous use or that new use. Individual model batteries may come with a warranty period less than, or in excess of, the maximum specified. Whilst the maximum periods specified are typical for the class of batteries some models may attract a warranty in excess of the maximum specified above.
