• Certificate of Insurance for your policy (you’ll find this on My RACQ ) 
• Your Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and any applicable Supplementary PDS

Have the following information handy when you call so that we can process your claim faster:

• Date and time of the incident
• Location of incident
• Details of other people or cars involved   
• A police report for losses caused by theft  

Call us, and we'll put your claim through over the phone. 

• You may have to take your vehicle to a repairer for them to inspect the damage
• We will assess any damage and quotes for repair
• We will review liability for the incident
• We will let you know the outcome of our assessment
• You will need to pay any excesses that apply
• We will make payment or authorise any repairs to get you back on the road as soon as possible
