Which businesses are eligible for RACQ Fleet Care?
- Minimum vehicle requirement: Your business must have at least 21 vehicles and all eligible vehicles must be covered.
- Local business requirement: Your business must be based predominantly in Queensland.
- Oversized vehicles: We can provide service to the majority of vehicles, however some Service Limitations apply based on the size of your vehicle.

What does RACQ Fleet Care include?
Whether you’ve got 21 vehicles or 1,000, we’re here to keep your business moving. We understand the breakdowns you’re likely to experience and cover the major problems for vehicles up to 6.0 tonne, 6 metres long, 3.3 metres high and 2.3 metres wide.

If your battery is flat, we'll provide you with a jumpstart or organise a replacement battery at your cost.

If we can’t get your vehicle going, we’ll arrange for towing up to 20km in any direction, or, if you’re outside of the metro area, up to 50km to the attending RACQ service provider's premises or an intermediate location.

If you run out of fuel, we'll deliver enough unleaded or diesel fuel to get you to a fuel supplier (10 litres at your cost).

If you lock your keys in your car, we'll attempt to access them for you.

If you’ve got a flat tyre, we’ll help you fit your car’s roadworthy spare tyre.

We’ll give you enough charge to drive to the nearest charging station in range. Or we’ll tow your EV to a charging station or another destination in line with your entitlements.

We’ll provide wheel changes and towing for caravans/trailers when they’re connected to your Nominated Vehicle, which has broken down.

We’ll help if your vehicle can be accessed from a constructed road or driveway.

What services and costs will be billed later?
There are certain types of services that your Fleet Care fee doesn’t cover and will be charged back your account, including:
- Any additional attendance over 50km
- Any additional towing distance over 20km
- The cost of new batteries or any parts such as battery terminals, oils or fluids
- The cost of fuel delivered or electrical vehicle charging fees incurred
- Any specialist locksmith services
- Any specialist equipment fees and/or specialist towing equipment required to tow your vehicle

*The standard callout fee applies to oversized nominated vehicles. Service limitations include:
- Jump starts provided will be up to 24-volt boost only.
- Batteries can’t be fitted or serviced in oversized vehicles where there is limited battery access or substantial panel removal is required.
- Lockout assistance will be provided subject to availability and RACQ discretion. Specialist locksmith services, parts, and excess costs can be charged back to your account.
- Wheel changing assistance can be limited and may incur an extra fee that will be charged back to your account. The vehicle’s wheel nut spanner and jack (heavy duty if required) must be provided.
- If a larger tow truck is required, the excess cost may be charged back to your account.
- Service for any vehicle is at the discretion of the RACQ consultant or the attending RACQ representative and may not be available interstate.
