How do I change my contents insurance sum insured?
You can change your contents insurance sum insured online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To change your contents insurance sum insured:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard. -
Select the contents insurance policy you want to change your sum insured for. -
Scroll down to the 'Contents sum insured' section and select 'Change Contents sum insured'. -
Complete the form to change your contents sum insured. This form includes 'Get started', 'Home details', 'Content details', 'Review' and 'Payment' sections. To update your sum insured, you must complete all sections.
Please note: If your policy is due for renewal, you will need to use Click to Chat or call us on 13 1905 to change your sum insured.
