To defer the direct debit payment for your car insurance policy:

Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard. -
Select the car insurance policy you'd like to defer payment for. -
Scroll down to the 'Payment method' section and select 'Defer this payment'. -
Complete the form to defer your payment. This form includes 'Defer a payment' and 'Review' sections.
