How do I renew my home and/or contents insurance online?

If you don't have auto renewal switched on, you can either pay via the instructions on your renewal notice, or renew your home and/or contents insurance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.

If you don't have auto renewal switched on, you can either pay via the instructions on your renewal notice, or follow these steps to renew your home and/or contents insurance using My RACQ:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your insurance dashboard.
  • icon-step-2
    Select the 'Renew' button beside the home and/or contents insurance policy you wish to renew.
  • icon-step-3
    Complete the form to renew your policy. This form includes 'General conditions', 'Your policy renewal' and 'Confirmation' sections. To renew your home and/or contents insurance, you must complete all sections.
If you cannot find your policy on the insurance page, please call 13 1905 to discuss your options.
