I have a complaint about RACQ Travel Insurance, who do I contact?
RACQ Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 80 009 663 414 AR 000234978) and Members Travel Group Pty Ltd (ABN 45 144 538 803 AR 000432492) are acting as an Authorised Representative of the issuer of RACQ Travel Insurance, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd (Tokio Marine & Nichido) ABN 80 000 438 291, AFSL 246548. Tokio Marine & Nichido’s managing agent, Tokio Marine Management (Australasia) Pty Ltd. ABN 69 001 488 455 (TMMA) is authorised to act on their behalf to issue policies and handle and settle claims in relation to those policies, subject to the terms of the authority, and to resolve any complaint or dispute.
Complaints relating to RACQ Travel Insurance product, policies or claims, will be managed by Tokio Marine Management (Australasia). Where you submit your complaint to RACQ, we will forward it on to Tokio Marine.
