How do I find my Payment Reference Number (PRN)?
You can find your Payment Reference Number (PRN) online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
To find your Payment Reference Number (PRN):

Select the product you'd like the PRN for.

If the product is in its renewal period, you will see a notification telling you when your policy is due for renewal. Select 'View policy renewal statement'.

Your PRN is located on the bottom of your policy renewal statement. Some forms may also have it repeated in the top right.
