How do I find my Payment Reference Number (PRN)?
You can find your Payment Reference Number (PRN) online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a handy list of steps to follow.
Your PRN is located on the bottom of your renewal document we sent via email or post. Some forms may also have it repeated in the top right.
For payments of products connected to direct debit, please contact us on 13 1905 to speak to one of our team directly to make payment.
For insurance products, your policy documents can also be accessed through My RACQ:

Select 'View policy document'

Your PRN is located on the bottom of your policy renewal statement. It may also referred to as 'Payment Ref'.
