How do I cancel my roadside assistance?

You can cancel your roadside assistance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a list of steps to follow. Please note: No refunds are available for cancellations of roadside assistance products after the 21-day cooling off period has passed. Please read our roadside assistance terms and conditions for more information.

To cancel your roadside assistance:

    Log in to My RACQ here to access your roadside assistance dashboard.

  • icon-step-2

    Select the policy you'd like to cancel.

  • icon-step-3

    Scroll down to the 'Car' section and select 'Cancel Roadside Assistance'.

  • icon-step-4

    Complete the form to cancel your roadside assistance. This form includes 'Reason for cancellation', 'Personal details', 'Review' and 'Cancellation confirmation' sections. Make sure you complete all the sections.

Please note: No refunds are available for cancellations of roadside assistance products after the 21-day cooling off period has passed. Please read our roadside assistance terms and conditions for more information.
