How do I set up a direct debit payment for my roadside assistance?
You can set up direct debit for your roadside assistance online via My RACQ. To make this easy, we've provided a list of steps to follow.
To change the direct debit details for your annual roadside assistance payment:
Log in to My RACQ here to access your roadside assistance dashboard.
Select the policy you'd like to update the direct debit details for.
Select 'Manage direct debit'.
Select 'Add payment method' to add the account you'd like the direct debit to come out of.
Fill in the payment details form and select 'Submit' for bank account details or 'Change payment source' for credit or debit card.
Select 'Pay by direct debit'.
Read the terms and conditions and check the box.
Select 'Save changes'
