Activate your cardYou can manage your cards online. Just log in to internet banking, click on “Card options” and “Activate card”. From here you can lock, block or activate your card online.

Change your passwordYou can change your password online by logging in to internet banking and clicking on “Security”>”Manage credentials”>”Password”.

Log in to internet bankingRegister and log in to use RACQ Bank internet banking. Just visit racq.com.au/banking and either register or log in using your Bank ID and password.

Lost, stolen or damaged cardReport your lost, stolen or damaged card through our internet banking platform. Just log in and click on “Card options” to manage your cards.
